Best money I ever spent!!! September 5, 2010 A. LANAVE (Burke, VA) I was looking for a light laptop to take to Cosi/on vacation/look at email quickly in the kitchen. This has proven to be perfect. Add a carrying case and you are set. Love the ruby red cover. Have found the 3 hours battery to be plenty.
Very light and very well made. Hope to have it for years to come - and will buy more as needed.
Kim'a PC September 1, 2010 Angela D. Frechette A great little gift for the teenagers and young adults. My daughter loves it and so far Ihave purchase 5 Acers for the family.
My reveiw August 20, 2010 karen2010 I really like this little computer. I have had a lot of fun with it. It has kinks
but they are solvable. I still reccomend it. Just remember it's size.
Junk do not buy - died 2 times within a year August 8, 2010 John This is the worst $350 I have ever spent ...the unit is full of bugs ......one time the battery discharged and I could not boot the pc EVEN with the ac transformer connected. After awhile on their tech support line they said to leave it plugged in overnight and it "might" come back up ...it did ,,,,but then 3 months later I have a blinking cursor and nothing else ...apparently the hard drive has died this time ....and gee wouldnt you know it I am out of warranty. A key fell off and was also lost forver within the first week of purchase. Go on the internet and read the 100's of similar complaints about these Aspires ...biggest disappointment ever in a p.c. purchase...NEVER AGAIN ACER !!!!!! The only plus was a great battery life ...up to 10hrs sometimes ...big deal if the p.c. is dead in the water :( J U N K !
Great little machine. July 30, 2010 Retiredmaw This is the second Acer netbook I have purchased. I love it! It's perfect for surfing the internet, FaceBook or email. The battery life is good on it and the wide screen works well for my usage. Would recommend it for anyone looking for a compact, easy way to use a PC.
